Professional Culinary Arts Diploma Program (PCAD)

• Provides excellent formal culinary education, intensive training and comprehensive exposure for the future Global Chef.

• More than building the culinary competence, this also develops appropriate management and entrepreneurial skills needed in running more than just the kitchen, but the entire business operations as well.

 

• Includes Asian Tour/Exposure Trip discovering the rich & colorful flavors of Asia.

Fundamentals of Culinary Arts (FCAP)

• A great start to your Culinary Adventure.

 

• Covers the basic skills and fundamentals of cookery providing the right foundation in pursuing professional culinary training.

• Duration : 4 Months

 

Fundamentals of Pastry Arts (FPAP)

• Covers the basic skills and fundamentals of baking and pastry arts.

Fine Dining Restaurant Services (FDRES)

Gone are the days that chefs are confined in the four walls of the kitchen. Before, chefs were classified as blue collar workers who simply prepare food. However, in the last few years, thanks to the growth of global tourism, with the mushrooming of hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other entertainment and leisure establishments, the chef has evolved into one of the main characters in the hospitality industry. Thanks also to media (Jaime Oliver, Gordon Ramsey, Rachel Ray, and of course, Remy of Disney’s Ratatouille!) the demand for these men and women in white jackets donning their silly headdresses have increased significantly, redefining the meaning of a chef from a mere blue collar worker into a highly skilled professional cum artist.
