4 SEMESTERS (2 ACADEMIC YEARS)
This 2-Year Certificate in Restaurant Business Management (CRBM) aims to equip the students with the necessary and useful knowledge, skills and attitude needed and applicable in working in a Food and Beverage Service and Production Industry, including running a foodservice facility/restaurant.
Required competencies of this 2-year certificate program can be achieved through the bundling of the three significant TESDA qualifications in the tourism sector. These qualifications are vertically aligned to the Industry needs, specifically in the Restaurant and Kitchen sections, both on its front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house areas.
Qualifications include:
- Food and Beverage Services NCII
- Cookery NCII
- Bread and Pastry NCII
Hence, the student should be able to pass all the academic requirements, and achieve therequired National Certificates Level II in Food and Beverage Services, Bread and Pastry Production and Cookery.

STUDENT A: NATURALLY BORN FILIPINO APPLICANT & PHILIPPINE PASSPORT HOLDER

GOOD MORAL CHARACTER CERTIFICATION
ORIGINAL OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE (from PSA/NSO copy)
ORIGINAL OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (for female students-PSA/NSO copy)
PICTURES with name tag (4 pcs Passport Size)
STUDENT B: APPLICANT WITH DUAL CITIZENSHIP (ex. FiL-AM)

STUDENT C: INTERNATIONAL STUDENT (FOREIGN)

PASSPORT must be valid for at least 1 year prior to scheduled departure for tour.
Payment of 100USD FOR THE ACCEPTANCE FEE
Requirements for the Student Permit shall be submitted to the Registrar’s Office
Filing and approved permit fee shall be paid by the Student in the Immigration.
Additional Visa/Document processing fee depending on the Nationality as to Country being visited
