Student Organizations Development Center
The STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS DEVELOPMENT CENTER supervises student organizations, extracurricular activities and interest-based activities geared towards forming a holistic student personality and memorable student life. It envisions its organizations to become productive and dynamic student societies. Each organization is governed by a Organization Adviser where they encourage each member in creating, planning and joining different activities. All organization is a home for the students to express their creativity, collaboration and communication this is also the place where the students hone their talents and skills. Organizations also bring the name of the institution every time they compete outside the school. The main goal of having organizations is to have holistic student personality and have memorable student life.

Houses
One of unique feature and distinctive characteristics of GLOBAL INNOVATIVE COLLEGE is the existence of HOUSES which represent the elements: WIND, EARTH, FIRE, WATER and SUN. Students, Faculty and Admin Staff are clustered on the last digit of their I.D. number which determines their House. Each House is governed with House Chancellor where they plan, organize and implement House Program and activities for student development and holistic growth. Outside the academic activities, GIC students are channeled through meeting their House Chancellors and fellow housemates and getting themselves acquainted with the House Activities. Through this unique association, students are able to explore voluminous ways to sharpen their soft and hard skills. Mentoring and coaching is part of the vital goal of the House Chancellors.
