This 8-month Professional Culinary Arts Program provides the students’ excellent formal culinary education and intensive training that are relevant in the hospitality and culinary workplace. Globally competitive curriculum, innovative and creative culinary sessions, state-of-the-art training facilities and equipment are designed to meet current trends and techniques practiced and accepted in the industry, both locally and globally.
Students are required to take the Food handling sanitation training and certification by ServSafe® to ensure further the qualification obtained shall fit in the Industry needs. ServSafe® is an internationally accepted food safety training and certification program that is recognized by the American National Standards Institute and the National Restaurant Association (USA). Valid for 5 years and can be verified online, a ServSafe Certification is a definite plus on one’s professional profile and may be an advantage in employment application selection.

Payment of 100USD FOR THE ACCEPTANCE FEE
Requirements for the Student Permit shall be submitted to the Registrar’s Office
Filing and approved permit fee shall be paid by the Student in the Immigration.
Additional Visa/Document processing fee depending on the Nationality as to Country being visited
