Professionsl Culinary Arts Diploma (PCAD)

PROGRAM DURATION: 8 MONTHS

6 MONTHS IN-HOUSE LEARN-TRAIN PROGRAM

2 MONTHS EXTERNSHIP PROGRAM / OJT (500-600 HRS)

  • Provides excellent formal culinary education, intensive training and comprehensive exposure for the future Global Chef.
  • Develops the skills needed in preparation for both local certifications and international accreditation.

Fundamentals in Culinary arts Diploma (FCAD)

PROGRAM DURATION: 4 MONTHS

3 MONTHS IN-HOUSE LEARN-TRAIN PROGRAM

1 MONTH EXTERNSHIP PROGRAM / OJT (250-300 HRS)

  • A great start to your Culinary Adventure.
  • Covers the basic skills and fundamentals of cookery providing the right foundation in pursuing professional culinary training.
  • Develops the needed skills in preparation for both local and international certifications & accreditation.

Fundamentals in Pastry Arts & Baking (FPAB)

PROGRAM DURATION: 3 MONTHS

2 MONTHS IN-HOUSE LEARN-TRAIN PROGRAM

1 MONTH EXTERNSHIP PROGRAM / OJT (200-250 HRS)

  • Covers the basic skills and fundamentals of baking and pastry arts.
  • Perfect formal training to boost technical skills to support one’s passion in baking and pastry.
  • Develops the needed skills in preparation for both local and international certifications & accreditation.

Certificate in Restaurant Business Management (CRBM)

PROGRAM DURATION: 4 SEMESTERS IN 2 YEARS

  • This 2-Year Certificate in Restaurant Business Management (CRBM) aims to equip the students with the necessary and useful knowledge, skills and attitude needed and applicable in working in a Food and Beverage Service and Production Industry, including running a foodservice facility / restaurant.

Lifestyle Culinary Classes

PROGRAM DURATION: FLEXIBLE

  • Flexible Culinary Training Program based on one’s interests and needs.
  • Develops skills required to support one’s culinary passion.
  • Personalized delivery of training from individualized (solo student) to small group classes;
  • Discover the latest practices and techniques in modern culinary;
  • Classes are scheduled at the student’s pace and time.

Kid's COOLinary Camp

PROGRAM DURATION: 5 DAYS

  • This 5-day basic culinary camp for kids (Ages 5 to 12) is a great venue for learning and advancement to further kitchen knowledge and skills. Learning the basics in the kitchen is a motivational factor in appreciating cooking as a life skill. Young minds are guided more than just learning through exposure and hands-on activities. Learning is fun in this week-long culinary adventure! A parent’s lifetime investment for their children to provide them a path to appreciation, motivation and self confidence.
