2 MONTHS IN-HOUSE LEARN-TRAIN PROGRAM
1 MONTH EXTERNSHIP PROGRAM / OJT (200-250 HRS)
This certification program under the Tourism Sector qualifications is offered under the legal operation and approval of the regulating body in the Philippines which is the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). This program aims to provide the students’ excellent formal learning and intensive training that are relevant in the hospitality and tourism industry. Innovative and creative baking and pastry arts sessions with state-of-the-art training facilities and equipment are designed to meet current trends and techniques practiced and accepted in the industry, both locally and globally.
Students are also encouraged to take the ServSafe® Accreditation. This program aims to produce competent graduates by empowering their employability thru achievement of NATIONAL CERTIFICATES AND PROPER INDUSTRY TRAINING OR IMMERSION.
INCLUSIONS:
- 1 Set of Uniform (1 chef jacket, 1 cargo pants, 1 apron, 1 pc kitchen towel, 1 pc skull cap)

- Participation in LTB-Philippines Chef Association competitions and other Culinary Cups/Competitions

STUDENT A: NATURALLY BORN FILIPINO APPLICANT & PHILIPPINE PASSPORT HOLDER
SCS COMPLETELY FILLED OUT APPLICATION FORM
ACADEMIC/SCOLASTIC RECORD/S (from the last school attended)
- For High School Graduates (Form 138 and NCAE/YP4SC)
- College Level (Official Transcript of Records)
- College Graduates (Transcript of Records)
- Vocational Graduates (Form 137/Transcript of Records)
GOOD MORAL CHARACTER CERTIFICATION
ORIGINAL OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE (from PSA/NSO copy)
ORIGINAL OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (for female students-PSA/NSO copy)
PICTURES with name tag (4 pcs Passport Size)
STUDENT B: APPLICANT WITH DUAL CITIZENSHIP (ex. FiL-AM)

PASSPORT must be valid for at least 1 year prior to scheduled departure for tour.
Payment of 100USD FOR THE ACCEPTANCE FEE
Requirements for the Student Permit shall be submitted to the Registrar’s Office
Filing and approved permit fee shall be paid by the Student in the Immigration.
Additional Visa/Document processing fee depending on the Nationality as to Country being visited
